What kind of support is needed for which part of the project?

For 1 year we have been working on our project with the objective of giving it into at Tanzanians hands on the long run. Now we are trying to put emphasis on expansion of our services through different tactics including different seminars and empowerment programs of both units we are working within our campsites entailing emergency medicine, OB/GY, surgical department, pediatrics, psychiatry and dental clinic and though more efforts are being done to focus on ophthalmic clinic too and recruitment of counselors for untreated conditions other life threatening conditions for people with terminal illnesses.. A few months ago we started preparing the transfer and all members of our team show deep interest in professional knowledge about psychiatry and pediatric surgery (our Mobile Clinic team, the health post teams, the co-operative midwives, the team of the children's, male and female ward, our vaccination team, the student nurses as well as  medical assistants, five mission physicians and nurses).
